    Tell us what you're after

    Tell us as much as you already know: your dates, how many of you there are, and the places you have in mind. If all you have is a rough idea, that is plenty to start with, and we work it out from there.

  2. 02

    Get a plan and a fixed price

    We send an itinerary with timings and a total in writing. Adjust it as much as you like. Any deposit depends on the trip, and we confirm it before you pay.

  3. 03

    We pick you up

    Your guide messages you the night before and is at your hotel lobby on time. Settle the balance at the end of the trip.

How far in advance should I book?

For day tours, a day or two is usually fine, sometimes even same-day. Liveaboards and July–August dates fill up 3–6 weeks ahead, so message early if your dates are fixed.

What's included in the price?

Private vehicle and driver-guide (or boat and crew), fuel, parking, entrance tickets to the listed stops, drinking water, and insurance. Meals are included where the trip description says so. Personal spending and optional activities aren't.

How do I pay, and when?

It depends on the trip. Some we hold with no deposit and you settle at the end, in cash (IDR or USD) or by transfer; others take a deposit up front. Liveaboards take one to hold your cabin. You'll always get the total in writing first.

What if the weather turns?

Land tours run rain or shine and we reorder the stops around it. If the harbour master closes crossings for sea trips or liveaboards, you get a free reschedule or a full refund of what you've paid. Safety calls are never ours to argue with.

Can you pick us up from our hotel?

Yes, anywhere in South Bali, Ubud and Canggu at no extra cost. Pickups from Amed, Lovina or the north add a small transfer fee, which we'll quote up front.

Do you take families with small kids?

Often. We carry child seats on request, keep walks short, and pick snorkel spots with calm, shallow entries. Just tell us everyone's ages when you message.

Do I need to be a certified diver?

No. Snorkelling suits everyone who can swim, and our discover-dive sessions take complete beginners to 12 metres with an instructor beside you the whole time. Certified divers can join deeper fun dives at Amed, Tulamben and Penida.
