Komodo is not a day trip from Bali. Both of these are liveaboards out of Labuan Bajo on Flores, which means a flight there and back that you book yourself - send us your dates and we will tell you which flights actually connect with the boat. The extra night on the longer trip does not add stops so much as remove the rush between them.
